The Sierra Madre Apartment complex is UCSB’s first endeavor into University-owned apartment rentals for staff. The beautiful facility boasts 35 large 2- and 3-bedroom apartments with stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher, and a full-size washer/dryer for each unit. Located adjacent to 650 acres of coastal habitats and walking trails, the setting is as beautiful as the apartments themselves. With close proximity to the main campus, Sierra Madre is an excellent living option for UCSB staff and faculty.
