Building Layout
The complex is situated at 555 Storke Road and is organized into six distinct residential "villages" and a central administrative center:
- Havasu Village (Bldg 1125): Located in the northwest corner.
- Nacimiento Village (Bldg 1124): Located in the north-central area
- Toluca Village (Bldg 1123): Located in the northeast corner;
- Miramar Center (Bldg 1126): Centrally located with two separate buildings, one containing the main front desk, public restrooms, and Administration offices; the other building includes a Fitness Room, Food Pantry, Rec Room and Study Rooms.
- Berryessa Village (Bldg 1122): Located to the east along the parking lot.
- Laguna Village (Bldg 1121): Located to the south along Sierra Madre Court.
Emergency Evacuation Sites
The complex features three primary assembly points for residents during an emergency:
- Northeast Site: Located in Lot 65 between Havasu Village and Nacimiento Village.
- South Central Site: Located at the main entrance to Miramar Center.
- West Site: Positioned near Havasu Village and the open space wetland.
Safety and Utilities Legend
Critical safety equipment and utility shut-offs are distributed throughout the grounds:
- Medical Resources: First Aid Kits and Disaster Kits are identified within common rooms and administrative areas.
- Utility Shut-offs are marked for Gas, Water, and Electrical
- Fire Safety: Fire Hydrants (H) and Fire Extinguishers are positioned strategically along the perimeter and within buildings.
- Communication: Residents have access to Emergency Phones, Emergency Radios, and elevators equipped with emergency phones.
- Staffing: Live-in Staff Apartments are designated throughout the Villages for additional assistance.
