The complex is organized into four "villages," each featuring residential clusters and dedicated community spaces:

  • Jameson Village: Located in the northwest; includes the Jameson Community Center, a kitchen, a maintenance shop, and a central laundry facility.
  • Gibraltar Village: Located in the south-central area; contains the Gibraltar Community Center.
  • Casitas Village: Located in the northeast; includes the Casitas Fitness Center.

The Residential & Community Living offices are centrally located between Jameson and Gibraltar villages.

Emergency Evacuation Sites
