Campus Orientation
The apartment complex is situated at the intersection of two major roads:
- South: Bordered by El Colegio Road.
- East: Bordered by Los Carneros Road.
- Internal: A One Way road loops through the center of the complex to facilitate vehicle traffic.
Building Layout
The complex is organized into four "villages," each featuring residential clusters and dedicated community spaces:
- Cachuma Village: Located in the southwest; contains the Cachuma Community Center.
- Jameson Village: Located in the northwest; includes the Jameson Community Center, a kitchen, a maintenance shop, and a central laundry facility.
- Gibraltar Village: Located in the south-central area; contains the Gibraltar Community Center.
- Casitas Village: Located in the northeast; includes the Casitas Fitness Center.
The Residential & Community Living offices are centrally located between Jameson and Gibraltar villages.
Emergency Evacuation Sites
The complex features a primary assembly point for residents during an emergency:
- Primary Evacuation Site: located in the central open lawn area of Jameson Village, just west of the laundry and community center.
Safety and Utilities Legend
Critical safety equipment and utility shut-offs are distributed throughout the grounds:
- Medical Resources: An Automated External Defibrillator (AED) is located at the Casitas Fitness Center. First Aid Kits and Eye Wash Stations are available at community centers and the main office.

- Utility Shut-offs: Numerous Gas (G) and Water (W) shut-off valves are marked at the exterior of residential clusters for emergency access.
