San Nicolas Hall is situated at the southwest corner of the Channel Islands 5 community.

- Residential Wings each have shared restrooms and are connected by a central elevator core and stairway. A Hall Lounge is located adjacent to each elevator waiting area, and stairways are located at the end of each residential wing providing a total of three stairways per residential floor.
- Community Spaces on the 1st Floor feature a Main Lounge, Rec. Room, and Laundry Room.
- Administrative Offices: Includes the Lobby Desk, R.D. and A.R.D. Offices, and the RHA Office.
- Rooms on each floor ending in 309 are designated as Resident Assistant (RA) rooms.
