Residents must have their ACCESS Card to enter the Dining Commons. If, however, they have lost their ACCESS Card, they may obtain a meal voucher from any Residence Hall Front Desk. Meal Voucher must be signed by a Front Desk Attendant, Resident Assistant, Assistant Resident Director or Resident Director. (Please note: Meal Vouchers are not valid for Off Campus Meal Plan Holders. An Off Campus Meal Plan customer needs to obtain a new access card to be granted access to the Dining Commons).
The voucher expires in 24 hours, and the student must obtain a new ACCESS Card from the University Center as soon as possible. During times when the UCen Access Card desk is closed (e.g. weekends or holidays), the meal voucher will remain valid until the desk re-opens.
The student will also need to bring a photo ID with them, in addition to the voucher, when they go to the Dining Commons.
