San Nicolas has beautiful views of the campus, lagoon, and ocean. It is adjacent to San Miguel Residence Hall and is similarly an eight story residence hall for undergraduate students. It is close to Ortega Dining Commons and across the street from De La Guerra Dining Commons. Campus Point beach is only a 5-minute walk.

  • Located at Main Campus East
  • Co-ed floors with men and women housed on separate wings
  • All floors have elevator access
  • Two large, single-gender bathrooms on each floor with multiple sinks, toilet stalls, and private showers
  • Recreational room with a pool table, a ping pong table, a foosball table, an air hockey table, television, and vending machines
  • Each floor offers a study lounge and kitchenette
  • All inclusive 9-month contract includes a meal plan, high-speed wireless internet access, regular housekeeping, laundry rooms, and 24-hour on-call maintenance and emergency staff.
  • Other amenities include ResNet center, RHA office, outdoor patio furniture, access to the Carrillo swimming pool, a classroom, an upright piano, a sand volleyball court, and a community lounge for studying and events
  • Primarily houses students participating in the Freshman Summer Start Program
  • Living-Learning Communities: Scholars Floor
