One of two main campus tower residence halls, San Miguel is home to undergraduate students on eight floors and sixteen halls. Rooms offer beautiful lagoon, ocean, mountain, or campus views. San Miguel is situated next to San Nicolas Residence Hall and Ortega Dining Commons, and is about a four minute walk to the University Center.

  • Located at Main Campus East
  • Eight-stories with each floor comprised of 24 to 25 students
  • Men and women are housed on alternating floors
  • All floors have elevator access
  • Large, single-gender bathroom on each floor with multiple sinks and toilet stalls as well as private showers
  • Double rooms and limited single rooms available on each floor
  • Each floor offers a study lounge and kitchenette
  • Recreational room with a pool table, a ping pong table, a foosball table, an air hockey table, television, and vending machines
  • All inclusive 9-month contract includes a meal plan, high-speed wireless internet access, regular housekeeping, laundry rooms, and 24-hour on-call maintenance and emergency staff.
  • Other amenities include a professional grade sand volleyball court with buffer zone, an outdoor stage, outdoor patio furniture, a fitness room, BBQs, a community lounge for events and studying, a classroom, access to the Carrillo swimming pool, and an upright piano
