  • East Wing (Oceano Hall): Located near Lagoon Road. It houses rooms 1208–1246, a Study Lounge, and a shared restroom.
  • South Wing (Tierra Hall): Located closest to Channel Islands Road. It contains rooms 1309–1345, a Study Lounge, and a shared restroom.
  • West Wing (Estrella Hall): Closest to the University Center. It houses rooms 1410–1446, a Study Lounge, and a shared restroom.
  • The Main Entrance contains the Front Desk, T.V. Lounge, Rec. Room, and Main Lounge.
  • Administrative Offices house the R.D. and A.R.D. Offices and Supervisor's Office (1012).
  • Amenities: Features Laundry facilities, Vending Machines, and a Sand Volleyball Court.
