Today I thought I would share a colleagues chocolate cake recipe. She found great ways to keep flavor and taste while balancing nutrition and health. She incorporates vegetables like zucchini (which is in season) and low-fat cottage cheese to keep the cake moist. This cake is only 310 calories and has less than 2 grams of saturated fat. WOW!
