Continuing Students: Graduate Students

  • San Clemente Villages apartments are available to single continuing graduate students. Students with families should submit an application for Family Student Housing.
  • 2 and 4 bedroom apartments with each bedroom occupied by one person (single occupancy.)
  • 9, 10 or 11.5 month contracts available.
  • Parking, utilities, wireless internet included. 
  • The 2020-21 priority consideration application process for current San Clemente residents will open on Monday, March 2, 2020 at 10:00am through Tuesday, March 10, 2020 at 4:00pm. Shortly after the priority application closes, contract offers will be sent out based upon anticipated available space in San Clemente (appoximately 425 spaces). Non-current residents and residents who apply after the priority consideration deadline will be placed on a waitlist after priority consideration offers are sent for 2020-21 housing. More informaton will be sent to current residents via U-Mail closer to the process open date, and a link to enter the 2020-21 application process will be posted to this page.  


Continuing Graduate Students who need housing in Spring 2020 should apply using the Spring Application. If you are in need of housing for the Winter Quarter, please contact our office.

You can use the link below to cancel your 2019-20 Housing Contract. If the contract is cancelled on or before March 12, 2019 there is no charge. Cancellations recevied from March 13th- April 15, 2019 will incur a $100 charge. There is a $350 cancellation fee for any contracts cancelled on or after April 16, 2019. After September 1, 2019, in addition to the $350 fee, contract holders will be held rent responsible until a replacement is found.
