Don’t Forget to Take a Wellness Break During Finals!

We know you’re studying hard for finals but don’t forget about your wellness as well!


Here’s a list of things we recommend you do to take care of yourself this week: 

  • Take a walk on the beach or to the labyrinth  
  • Take a nap 
  • Eat a healthy snack  
  • Do some jumping jacks  
  • Stretch out your muscles and get some blood flowing 
  • Get up & dance to a song like no one’s watching you 
  • Listen to a song that makes you feel good 
  • Chat with a friend for 15 mins 
  • Check out 

And don’t forget about these campus resources:

  • Health & Wellness Center
  • Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) 
  • Student Resource Building 
  • UCSB Career and Counseling Services 
  • Alternative study spaces such as UCen or Corwin Pavilion 
  • Your Residence Hall Front Desk
