Special Events Catering is a division of Residential Dining Services located in Carrillo Dining Commons specializing in fresh, healthy and delicious food paired with top-notch customer service. We provide thoughtfully tailored catering for all occasions and a variety of budgets.
Please contact us as soon as possible when you have an event you would like to schedule and we can personally assist you. You can view Special Events Catering Policies and Procedures for detailed information to assist you in planning a successful event.

There is a minimum order amount of $50.00 and 10 guests for all catering orders Monday–Friday, and a $100.00 minimum for orders on Saturday or Sunday.
Payment (a final bill will be provided)
If a campus account is designated to be charged please provide account number during planning. Campus charges are processed on Financial Journal forms. Events may also be paid by check to “UC Regents” and sent to Special Events Catering, Carrillo Dining Commons (mail code: 6130). Payment expected within fifteen days.
Keeping with University Policies, employees may not accept gratuities.
