| Eligibility |
| The purpose of the Student Hotel is to provide UCSB
students with temporary housing while they seek permanent local
housing. |
- City College students do not qualify
- UCSB students with housing assignments in the University
Residence Halls or Apartments do not qualify unless:
- You are required to be at UCSB earlier than the opening
of the halls due to your participation in a University-sponsored
program
- You are an international student

| Accommodations |
- Rooms are $46/night
- Located at Anacapa Residence Hall
- All rooms double occupancy, you will be assigned a roommate.
- Meals are not included.
- No advance reservations - rooms are booked on a first
come, first served basis
- Front desk hours: 7am- 1am
- 2007 hotel availability: nights of September 1-21.

| Parking |
- $8.00/day and $3.00/weekend
day - purchased at specified locations
- Multiple day permits are purchased from Parking Services
located in Lot 30

| Payment Procedure |
- No cash is accepted at the front desk
- All payments processed by BA/RC only and billed after
duration of your stay
- Payment by cash or check at the Cashier’s Office
- Valid Perm Number necessary unless you have not yet registered
and then a proof of intent to register is necessary

| Lost Key Charge |
- $60 will be charged for room and building
keys that are lost or not returned.

| |
| Linen |
- Linen is available at the front desk and may be exchanged
as needed
- All linen must be returned along with your keys at checkout

| |
| Check Out |
- Daily check out is 12:00pm
- Checking out after 12 noon will incur an additional night’s
charge
- Keys and linen must be returned to the front desk in order
to officially check out
- You will be charged for each additional day until you have officially checked out
- Final check-out of the hotel is 9:00am: Saturday, September 22.
