SIERRA MADRE is a multi-building complex for family housing. 151 two & three bedroom units are currently under proposal. The project would include an after school care facility, administrative offices, study spaces, and parking. Located in the California Coastal Zone the site has presented numerous architectural challenges including wetlands, existing archaeological sites, and protected plant species. Currently in the design and review process expected occupancy is anticipated for fall 2009.
