| TAKEOUT is an alternative to eating in the dining commons. Sack meals are available to residents with valid mealplans on a walk-in basis (Ortega) or residents can pre-order online the night before. Meals can be picked up at two locations: Ortega and Portola Dining Commons. |

| Order the Day Before Online |
- You can order a meal the day before you are requesting to pick it up.
- Only you can pick up your meal. For example, starting Monday at 12:01am and ending at 11pm, you can order a meal for Tuesday.
- Only meals for the immediate following weekday (Mon-Fri) will be able to be ordered at the time you submit your order. There is no same day ordering on-line.
- You can choose 1 or 2 sandwiches. If you choose 2 sandwiches they will be identical and you can choose 2 additional items. If you choose more, you will be given the top 2 listed.
- Orders for Monday can be submitted from Thursday 11pm – Sunday 11pm for Monday pickup.

| No Cancellations |
- Please verify carefully which meal you select BEFORE you submit your order.
- You will not be able to eat in the dining commons for the meal period during which you have selected a Take Out Meal. If you do enter the dining commons for the same meal as your Take Out Online meal, you will be charged for a "guest meal" on your BARC account.

| Email Verification |
- Once you submit your form, you will receive an email with the date and time of your order. A copy of this order will be attached to your Take Out Meal. If you make a mistake, immediately call and leave a message with your name, meal ordered and an explanation at the dining commons where you placed your order:
