Spring into the new quarter and look forward to the following Residential Dining Services sponsored events:

De La Guerra’s Annual BBQ Dinner –

De La Guerra Dining Commons – May 27

The smell of grilled food will soon be in the air! De La Guerra will host its annual BBQ dinner on May 27th. Sit outside the newly renovated DLG patio with a BBQ plate, as you enjoy the warm sunny day.

Earth Day (Climate Friendly Menu) –

All Dining Commons – April 22

Dining will celebrate Earth Day by serving a climate friendly menu. The menu will highlight local, organic and seasonal produce, following sustainable and earth friendly practices. Look for various activities— Executive Chef Jaime Herrera will host a Tasting Table and local vendors will be sampling seasonal produce and more.

Green Monday –

Ortega Dining Commons – April 8
Carrillo Dining Commons – April 29
De La Guerra Dining Commons – May 20

Join the movement and eat a vegetarian meal on Green Monday. By reducing your meat consumption, you’re helping decrease our carbon footprint. Enjoy an all day vegetarian menu at the specified dining commons.

Theme Meals –

Dates Coming Soon…

Enjoy special theme meals this spring quarter and every quarter. Each Dining Commons will host a meal inspired by a theme. Last quarter we enjoyed Carrillo’s Japanese theme meal, De La Guerra’s Oscars inspired menu selections, Ortega’s breakfast for dinner, and Portola’s Renaissance fare.
