on separate registration to attend the conference.
2. Accommodation Registration for ACCOMPANYING SPOUSES/GUESTS:
If a guest/spouse will accompany you, the double-occupancy package rate must
be paid for each person.

3. If you need to make changes or
additions to a previously submitted online
reservation, please contact us by email or fax (contact information below)
with your changes/additions. Make sure to indicate that you are making
changes to a previous registration.
4. Registrants will receive a detailed confirmation email with
travel information, driving directions, and other important information
approximately 2-3 weeks prior to the conference.

Conditions
Cancellations: Cancellations must
be made IN WRITING (email above or fax 805-893-6018). A $50-per-registrant
cancellation fee will be retained for all cancelled registrations.
Cancellations after conference start date or “no show” will result in
forfeiture of all fees paid. (NOTE that conference registration and housing
registration are separate processes, and separate cancellation fees
may apply for each.)

If special assistance is required, please telephone or email us prior to
arrival, so that we may make every attempt possible to accommodate any
special needs.
Damages: Registrants will be held
financially responsible for any damages requiring repairs or extensive
cleaning of their residence hall room or apartment.
Lost Keys: The registrant's
credit card will be charged (or registrant will be held financially
responsible) for up to $60 per set for residence keys not returned
by the scheduled check-out time.
Room assignments: Room
assignments are communicated at check-in. Specific room/wing/floor
assignments cannot be guaranteed, though we try to accommodate reasonable
requests.
