SBSC Summer Cup 2009
Please note: if the
reservation links below are still active and allow you to register, there are
still suites or apartments available. A message will be posted on this site
if reservations are closed. TWO types
of university-owned accommodations are available for the tournament weekends: Type
1: RESIDENCE HALL SUITES (available August 14–16 & August 21-23) §
Location: Santa
Catalina Residence Hall (formerly Francisco Torres); appx.
¼ mile from athletic fields. §
Each suite has two
bedrooms (4 single beds) separated by one shared bathroom. §
Wireless internet
service. No television, no cable television service, no telephone service. §
NO in-suite kitchen facilities (one communal kitchen on ground floor with refrigerator &
sink) §
Check-in: 4:00–11:00pm
Friday, August 14 or August 21. Also, after 7:00am Saturday. §
Check-out: by 2:00pm
Sunday, August 16 or August 23. §

Each apartment has

4:00–9:00pm, Friday, August 21. Also, after 7:00am Saturday. §

Pillows, blankets, sheets, & towels are provided (enough for 4 persons per suite or apartment). §
Maximum of 4
occupants in each suite or apartment (rented as whole units only). §
Important: There must be at least one adult residing in each
residence hall suite or apartment. We
must receive (via email or fax) the names of the adults occupying each suite
by 5pm on the Friday one week prior to your reservation (either August 7 or
August 14). §
ALL university
buildings are NON-SMOKING. §
NO PETS permitted. §
No meals/food
included. §
PARKING: A permit
for Friday-Sunday will be available at the check-in desk when you arrive. Reservations are confirmed on a first-come,
first-served basis. SPACE IS LIMITED. Full payment is needed at time of reservation in

will receive a detailed confirmation with driving directions,

Cancellations: -
Cancellations MUST BE MADE IN WRITING (email address below or
fax 805-893-6018). -
A $50 cancellation fee PER SUITE or PER APARTMENT will be
retained for ALL reservations cancelled after the original reservation is
made and paid for. -
ALL FEES NONREFUNDABLE IF NOT CANCELLED BEFORE 5:00PM of the
Friday one week before your check-in date (either August 7 or August 14). §
Americans with
Disabilities Act: UCSB Campus Conference Services fully complies with the
Americans with Disabilities Act. If special assistance is required, please
telephone or email us prior to arrival, so that we may make every attempt
possible to accommodate any special needs. §
Damages: Registrants will
be held financially responsible for any damages requiring repairs or
extensive cleaning of their residence hall room or apartment. §
Lost Keys: The
registrant's credit card will be charged (or registrant will be held
financially responsible) for up to $60 per set for residence keys not
returned by the scheduled check-out time. §
Room assignments: Room assignments are
communicated at check-in. Specific room/wing/floor assignments cannot be
guaranteed, though we try to accommodate reasonable requests. For
