Housing Guarantee

| The following information is for new single graduate
students who will enter UCSB in Fall 2011 and want
to apply for 2011-2012 single graduate student apartments. If you are a new graduate student with a family, please apply for Family Student Housing. |

| Applying for New Single Graduate Student Housing |
- Students who are applying for new graduate student housing must first apply for Graduate school and have completed the Graduate Division Online Application Form.
- You will then use the same Username and Password that you created at the Graduate Division to log into the housing application.
- Your Housing Guarantee is only valid if you:
- Submit an intent to enroll to the Graduate Division by
May 15 June 1, 2011.
- Submit an application for a San Clemente apartment by
May 15 June 1, 2011. After conducting a random lottery for 2 or 4 bedroom apartment space, we will email you a contract in June.
- Contracts are for 11½ month terms starting September 1, 2011.
- Teacher Education Program (TEP) students have an adjusted term that begins July 1. If you are in the TEP program and have questions, please call us at the number listed below.
- New single graduate students are guaranteed housing for two years as long as they adhere to application procedures and deadlines each year.
